Shipping of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via a transport agency, if you are not in Yaoundé or Douala. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include preparation and packing fees as well as transport fees. We recommend that you combine all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Upon receipt of your order, if an item is not what you ordered, we will gladly take care of the return of the item.
